CERTIFICATION PROCESS

The process for certifying your products involves a comprehensive series of procedures designed to be quick and efficient. The process includes the following steps:

1. The application is the first active step towards certification. You may apply online or obtain an application by calling our office at 303-595-9349 or emailing office@scrollk.org. We will guide you through the application process and answer all your preliminary questions.

2. An initial inspection will be scheduled for an on-site physical inspection. The inspecting Rabbi will review ingredients at the facility (or facilities), equipment, processing and cleaning procedures, storage facility (or facilities) and labels.

3. The Scroll K will prepare contractual agreements for your review when all necessary requirements have been met. The agreements will outline the guidelines and all fees charged. Under no circumstances is the fee linked to percentage of sales or labels printed. The Scroll K is a non-profit organization and is committed to remaining economical.

4. Congratulations! Your product(s) are then certified as conforming with the highest kosher standards!
